Training firm announces new workshops for electrical wholesalers

Pinnacle Training Solutions, the specialist personal development training company, has announced new electrical industry specific award winning Open Workshops across the UK.

Pinnacle Training Solutions’ new workshops are designed so that wholesalers can send individuals or a number of their teams to help them improve bottom line margins.

The first course, ‘Excelling at Customer Service’ covers how getting it right first time, every time can have a serious impact on customer service and how, as individuals, we personally can make a difference to not just getting the business – but growing it.

The plan is to roll these workshops out across the UK and to cover all aspects of electrical wholesaling and manufacturing from Sales Assistant level up to Branch and Regional Manager.

The first of these is planned for June 14th in M25 London area and is a real cost-effective way to train teams – delivered by trainers who have been there and worn the T-shirt!
