MK Sentry RCBO Product Recall

The following notice has been issued by the manufacturer.

Dear Customer,

We have identified a potential safety issue with the manufacture of a limited number of MK Sentry RCBOs which may result in the device failing to trip under certain very limited circumstances, leading to the risk of electric shock.

We became aware of the potential issue following a standard warranty return and subsequent extensive testing on MK Sentry RCBO’s. We are not aware of any safety incidents associated with this issue in the field.

Product quality and safety is extremely important to us and as a responsible manufacturer we are recovering and replacing affected product.

Only a limited number of MK Sentry RCBOs are affected, manufactured during specific time periods.
