Kew Electrical’s Chichester branch answers DIY SOS

KEW Electrical has supported a West Sussex family as part of the the BBC’s DIY SOS: The Big Build.

KEW’s local branch in Chichester responded to an appeal, providing products for the life-changing renovation of the Wornes family’s home.

The family, from Yapton, West Sussex, was left devastsated when mother of four, Amanda, suffered catastrophic injuries in a bicycle accident which left her with broken bones, a punctured lung and a broken back.

Amanda was left paralysed but her positive attitude and determination has led her to compete as a para-athlete.

With help from the BBC’s DIY SOS the family’s home has been transformed to not only aid Amanda’s rehabilitation, but to give the family a new lease of life and a happier future.

KEW Electrical were more than happy to donate products to help make the build happen.
