NVC now has a comprehensive range of LED amenity fittings.
Ranging from the decorative ADDISON and SWIFT (IP40) and PORTLAND (IP54) to the robust DAYTONA (IP65), these are ideal for use in corridors, stairwells and communal areas.
Traditionally, fluorescent lamps have been used for these applications. However, with the increasing use of sensors to save energy, many installations are experiencing premature lamp failures. This is where LEDs excel – they are unaffected by frequent switching, so sensors can be switched to a very short time-delay to maximise energy savings without any risk of increased lamp-replacement costs.
The NVC LED amenity fittings have a power consumption of 16W, but a light output equivalent to 28W 2D, making them a cost effective and energy saving alternative, with or without a sensor.
